A unique network of meritorious instructors caters for on-site trainings all over Germany. Their know-how perfectly connects with the Soltau training department’s long-term experience and detailed knowledge of the target groups as well as the optimum training methods. Not without reason the hagebau training department has become the most successful of its kind in this line of business. The following figure speaks for itself: Each and every year, more than 9,000 managers, sales persons and trainees are trained by the Soltau experts!

The hagebau training department is to date the only company in Germany to have received the international German Training Prize at gold level not once but twice. In 1999 the hagebau marketing seminar “Bon Plus” was awarded and in 2003 the unique training course “Ausbildung zum/zur Verkaufsberater/in im Gartencenter (IHK)” (sales manager for garden centres accredited by the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry) won the coveted trophy.
 
Despite of this huge success the training department definitely does not rest on its laurels. Quite the contrary: Each year the Soltau cooperation offers unique new seminars, for example a qualification programme for store managers or a training as project manager for refurbishing, renovating and modernising accredited by the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
